Jim pursued a career in finance after completing his service in the Navy in 1973. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with minors in Accounting and Real Estate Finance, to strengthen his knowledge in the financial field. Jim returned to the Bay Area and dedicated himself to providing comprehensive financial consulting, wealth management, investment, and insurance services to individuals and small businesses.
Jim’s commitment to continuous professional growth led him to obtain the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from the American College. He also received a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, expanding his knowledge of retirement planning and receiving the title of Retirement Planning Specialist from Equitable Advisors. These achievements established Jim as a respected member of Equitable Advisors’ Elite Advisor Group.

Outside of his professional life, Jim finds fulfillment in his personal pursuits. He resides in Mountain View, CA, with his wife and daughter, and enjoys activities such as golf, wine, and horses.
